1. Transmission system structure
The whole machine adopts the stepless speed-regulating motor of planetary friction type with rotating arm for speed adjustment (speed range: 3.3-16 RPM, speed ratio 1/5).And the chain transmission system, through the chain, sprocket transmission, stable and reliable.
2. Heating system
The heating system of this machine includes upper and lower light box and heat preservation cover. Halogen lamp tube is adopted for heating, which has the characteristics of quick heating and high thermal efficiency.And automatic thermostatic control device to meet the needs of different environments.
3. Roller forming system
The machine is equipped with four cots to press the laminated glass. The thickness can be controlled by adjusting the distance between cots.
