Truspacer® Warm Edge Spacer For IG
Truspacer® is a warm edge spacer system ideal for high-volume prouction of double and triple pane insulating glass, it is preassembled with butyl sealant, 3A molecular sieve,undulating aluminum spacer bar and heat insulation strip, etc. It can replace the traditional IG production mode and greatly improve production efficiency.
Introduction to raw materials
①Butyl Sealant
The product is the first sealant used for insulating glass. It has strong adhesive ability to glass, aluminum, stainless steel, etc. It also has good air tightness and excellent resistance to ultraviolet rays. It can form an excellent moisture-resistant system with silicone sealant, polysulfide sealant, etc.
②3A Molecular Sieve
3A molecular sieve pore size is 3A, mainly used to adsorb water, do not adsorb any molecules with a diameter greater than 3A, according to the characteristics of industrial application, 3A molecular sieve has faster adsorption speed. It adsorbs moisture in the insulating glass space layer, is the petroleum, chemical industry gas-liquid phase deep drying, refining, polymerization necessary preferred desiccant. Truspacer® has our own molecular sieve firing furnace, which can ensure product quality from the source.
③Aluminum Foil Material, Heat Insulation Strip and Undulating Aluminum Spacer Bar
The height of the undulating aluminum spacer bar has been increased from 1.8mm to 4.8mm, enhancing the support between the glass. Heat insulation strip can isolate external heat for better heat preservation. Wavy aluminum strip can provide better support effect.
